DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) is a widely used lighting management system. It has achieved especially wide-spread use in commercial buildings. DALI’s core is the so-called DALI Line, a two-wire control cable enabling up to 64 devices (e.g. LED drivers, dimmers, sensors) to interact. In addition to simple on/off commands, DALI also supports control of the light intensity and hue of connected LEDs. Further useful options like device groups and scene control add to the convenience.
