Cable: LED-Drivers Accessories

The synchronous operation of multiple Mean Well Constant Current (CC) LCM LED Drivers (LCM-25, LCM-40, and LCM-60) allows for the simple and easily extendable control of extensive lighting installations. Up to ten LED Power Supplies of the same type (e.g. LCM-40) can be interconnected. One of the drivers acts as the master, receiving dimming commands via 0-10V / PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), or operating on a fixed power level set by external resistance (e.g. using a potentiometer). Some models of the MeanWell LCM family also feature EnOcean (-EO) and Bluetooth Low Energy (-BLE) wireless standard, or KNX (-KN) and DALI (-DA) bus protocol compatibility. In a synchronous LCM installation up to nine slave power supplies are connected to the master LED Driver via 22-24 AWG sync cable. The maximum permissible wire length varies between 5m (LCM-25, LCM-60) and 20m (LCM-40). ProConnecting‘s synchronization cables are 20 cm long. Pre-tinned ends allow for an extension to whatever length is required for your LED lighting project.
