Weitere Informationen über die MEAN WELL DDR DC-DC Converter

Mit der MEAN WELL DDR-15/30/60 Serie wird das vielfältige Angebot an DC-DC Convertern erweitert. Neben den schon bekannten Anwendungstypen wie einer geschlossenen Bauform zur Direktmontage, als PCB Open-Frame, On-board Montage oder modularen Convertern stellt der taiwaneische Hersteller nun auch DC-DC Converter bereit, welche für die DIN-Hutschienenmontage geeignet sind.

Zunächst wird es die MEAN WELL DDR Converter in den Ausführungen von 15W bis 60W geben, wobei schon eine 120W starke Serie in den Startlöchern steckt, sowie eine Erweiterung mit 240W für die Zukunft geplant ist. Durch die Erweiterung der MEAN WELL Produktlinie durch die neuen, auf Hutschiene montierbaren, DC-DC Netzteile, stärkt MEAN WELL seine Position als ONE-STOP-SHOP Lösung für Industrie und Handel im Bereich der AC-DC und DC-DC Schaltnetzteile.

Die Besonderheiten der MEAN WELL DDR-15/30/60 Converter ist demnach die schnelle und einfache Montagemöglichkeit auf einer herkömmlichen DIN-Hutschiene. Dabei ist die komplette Serie sehr platzsparend und kann auf eine schlanke Breite von 1 bis 3 Teilungseinheiten zurückgreifen (DDR-15 -> 1TE mit 17,5mm; DDR-30 -> 2TE mit 35mm; DDR-60 -> 3TE mit 52,5mm).

Technisch überzeugen die DC-DC Schaltnetzteile durch einen extrem weiten Eingangsbereich im Verhältnis 4:1, dem Arbeitstemperaturbereich von -40°C bis + 85°C unter freier Luftkonvektion und einer 4000VDC IP-OP verstärkten Isolierung.

Interessant wird die Anwendung für industrielle Kontrollsysteme, Automation und Kommunikationssysteme, bei denen ein Batteriespannungsregulator, zusätzliche Systemisolierung oder DC UPS im Einsatz ist. 3 Jahre Garantie werden vom Hersteller serienmäßig gewährt.
