The MEAN WELL PWM‑60‑12KN is a 60 W constant‑voltage LED driver with a 12 V DC PWM‑style output and a fully integrated KNX interface, designed for direct use on KNX building automation buses without the need for an external KNX‑DALI gateway. Its constant‑voltage PWM operation allows LED strips and 12 V constant‑voltage LED bulbs to maintain stable colour temperature and brightness uniformity across the entire length, even under deep dimming.
One of the key strengths of the PWM‑60‑12KN is its very low minimum dimming level of 0.01 % combined with a user‑adjustable PWM frequency from 200 Hz up to 4 kHz via ETS, enabling configurations that comply with IEEE 1789‑2015 and EU Ecodesign SVM flicker requirements. With typical efficiency up to 86 %, a wide 90–305 V AC input range and a fanless, fully potted IP67 housing, the driver is well suited for long‑life use in indoor architectural, decorative and strip lighting applications where comfort and flicker‑free operation are critical.
