The NEXTYS NDW240 is a highly flexible, programmable 240 Watt DIN rail DC-DC converter housed in a compact aluminum enclosure. It provides universal power conversion, stepping any input voltage between 11 and 55 VDC to any user-defined output voltage ranging from 5 to 55 VDC with a maximum continuous current of up to 10 A.
Featuring digital power regulation, the NDW240 allows flexible operational parameter configuration, including user-selectable constant current or hiccup mode protection during overload conditions. Users can set and monitor parameters directly on the unit via a 2-digit 7-segment display with keys, or remotely using the Modbus over USB interface paired with the POWERMASTER software suite (available for Windows and Android).
To ensure maximum uptime and reliability, the converter incorporates built-in ORing circuitry, making parallel connection simple for power augmentation or system redundancy.
