The MEAN WELL NTN-5K is a modular 5 kW off-grid DC-AC inverter with integrated AC charger and UPS function (AC bypass), converting DC to pure sine AC while charging batteries at high power (up to 135 A CC, 100 A max.). Ideal for solar applications, automation, or backup power, it offers flexible AC output (voltage, frequency, power-saving mode) and surge power up to 10 kW for 10 seconds or 30 cycles. It supports parallel operation up to 30 kW (6 units) and external MPPT solar chargers.
The NTN-5K series features a robust 2U chassis for 19" rack mounting, high isolation (e.g., 3 kVAC DC/AC), and compliance with safety standards like CB, TUV, CE. Advanced protections include low battery shutdown and temperature-compensated charging, with conformal coating for dust/moisture resistance and low-noise fans.
