Shipping and payment information

Shipping

Our goods are shipped via UPS. When you place an order in our online shop, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.90. If you wish to order from abroad, a higher flat shipping fee specific to the respective country will be charged.

Shipping is from our warehouse in Altendorf, Germany. The standard delivery time for goods in stock within Germany is 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our shipping service provider.

If you are in a hurry, express shipping is available. It is best to discuss the conditions, surcharges and delivery times with us by telephone via the service hotline below.

Payment terms

New customers can choose between prepayment and the direct payment method Giropay. From the third order onwards and after a credit check, purchase on account is possible. Cash on delivery or other payment methods are currently only available on request.
