Informationen zum MEAN WELL MDR-100-24

Mit dem MDR-100-24 präsentiert Mean Well ein zuverlässiges 96 W Hutschienen-Netzteil mit einem universellen Weitbereichseingang von 85 bis 264 VAC (Derating zwischen 85 und 100 VAC). Ausgegeben wird eine gebräuchliche Sekundärspannung von 24 VDC

Speziell vorgesehen für eine Direktmontage auf den DIN-Hutschienen TS-35 / 7.5 oder 15, eignen sich die Schaltnetzteile der MeanWell MDR-100-Serie besonders für eine schnelle Installation in Schaltschränken und Verteilerkästen. Die Produktreihe ist desweiteren mit einer LED-Lichtanzeige und einem eingebauten DC-OK Relaiskontakt ausgestattet, welches für eine stabile Stromversorgung sorgt.

Darüber hinaus verfügt die MDR-100-Serie von Mean Well über das ZCS/ZVS-Verfahren (Zero-Current-Switching/ Zero-Voltage-Switching). Dieses reduziert die Verlustleistung beim Betrieb und führt dadurch zu einer höheren Arbeitseffizienz. Mithilfe dieser Technik erzielt die Hutschienen-Netzteilreihe von MeanWell einen niedrigen Standby-Verbrauch von weniger als 1 Watt und gleichzeitig einen hohen Wirkungsgrad gegen 90%. Die konvektionsgekühlten Schaltnetzteile arbeiten dabei unter Betriebstemperaturen von bis zu +40°C bei Volllast sowie bei einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 20% und 90% geräuscharm und fehlerfrei.

Weiterhin bietet die Netzteilreihe von Mean Well umfassende Schutzmaßnahmen gegen Kurzschluss, Überlast, Überhitzung sowie Überspannung. Die MeanWell MDR-100-Serie erfüllt alle regulatorischen Sicherheits- und Störfestigkeitsstandards (UL508, EN62368-1, EN61204-3, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3) für industrielle Hutschienen-Netzteile.
