Casambi
Casambi is a wireless lighting control system that uses Bluetooth mesh technology to enable smart control of lighting fixtures. The CBU-ASD-LR-1000 module is a device powered by 220-240 V AC that integrates into the Casambi mesh network as a node. It converts wireless Bluetooth commands from the Casambi app into analog 0–10 V or digital standalone DALI signals to control dimmable LED drivers. This allows traditional LED drivers without built-in smart capabilities to be controlled remotely via an app, enabling features like dimming, switching, and automation without additional control wiring. The standalone DALI output from the module is designed for a closed system specific to Casambi and should not be connected to a standard DALI bus. Overall, this setup makes it easy to retrofit existing lighting installations for modern, flexible, app-driven control and automation of lighting environments.
